I need vbmthmtx.dll and the function names w/ descriptions and anything
else that came with it.

Ok, I have been trying many ways of getting buttons on the "Available
toolbar buttons:" listbox in the customize window section of a toolbar.

It works but here is my concern.

I made one small program for making .kml files (files that are used by
GoogleEarth). When these files are saved on hard disc I want to activate

In normal use it can be done by doubleclick on that file, but I don't know
