I've created an OCX control in VB6, and have wrapped it in a demo

I think I have discovered a VB bug which was introduced with the newest VB6
runtime dlls

How can I flash the title bar on a form that I load and .Show? I would
like it to have the form open up, flash the titlebar back and forth,
