I was just trying to tweak a few of my apps to work better and display
better in Vista but I need to know how to get the users choice for Windows
Border Padding which it appears to defaults to 4. I expected to get this
using GetSystemMetrics but can't seem to find it.

Subject kinda says it all.  What I need to do is some how monitor
another (non-VB) application and respond when the user performs
certain actions within that app.  Is this possible?  How would I
begin?

This is my problem:
I need launch the setup.exe of msd2000 with the api createprocess and put
the window in my form of vb.
The window of setup always appears visible but i set in the startupinfo
