On attempting to BitBlt between picturebox DC and DC of 3rd party DLL.
The same occurs when BitBlting from compatiblebitmap (with screen DC or DLL
DC)  in memory compatibleDC
BitBlt returns 1 but there is no visible output.

I would like to know more about "hidden interfaces", because I
keep stumbling over them (and wondering where they came from,
and ultimately what they do).  There seems to be three "flavors".
