VB Forum / Win API / January 2006

I can't remember the name of the API function that lets me specify an enum
or const or something to get the path to things like "Favorites", "My
Documents", etc.
If someone knows the name of it, I'm good to go.

I know it, But I wanna get it with source code VB or Delphi?
Can You give me small examples or link refferrences? Please I need it.
