Someone might thing I am crazy but...
I have made some example program for comparing content (graphics) of image files and returning in percent how much images are
similar.
Work fine when content are exact (only different size of images), but there is less hit count (similarity) ...

I need a code for my application, so it will add itself to services
"authorized" in WinXP firewall, but I dont know much WinAPI and stuff. Could
anyone help me?

I have .tif / .tfw images with quite a lot of white space between the edge of
the image and the actual drawing. Is there a way to remove this white space?

manipulation in Visual Basic pictureboxes (C++ source code for the DLL

Is it possible to change the screen resolution and frequency from within VB?
