Is OpenGL compatible with Visual Basic 4.0?

How do I copy a whole folder (with sub-folders and files in each
sub-folder), then verify each of the folders and files therein, then
delete those folders from the original.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

How can I reformat IP addresses(from a  text string) to use their values in
my excel/vb functions?  Thanks.

Anyone use it?  Can you recommend it?  I think I'm willing to try it over
the problems that I'm facing with VSI.
