My application has a simple feature to send a short mail when clicking
a menu-item. The only thing it has to do is to popup an InPutBox and
then send the typed in string to the recipient.
I managed to do this with MAPI, but i don't like that very much

There have been a lot of postings by people with Error 429 from
OpenDatabase calls, with apparently none of them ever finding a
satisfactory resolution! However, mine is a little special because I
have done some additional characterization. It ONLY happens in the IDE
