Simple question:  Given file c:\foo.bar - How do a CHANGE
either the file date created attribute or the file date
modified attribute.

I have made a VB6 MDI application, where I have a ActiveListbar to navigate
in my forms.
If I click the "Setup" in the ActiveListbar, the Setup-form shows. Problem
is that if the Setup form has been loaded, it resides below other forms.

We have a new client who need changes made to their existing VB app.  The
original programmer (it was a one-man shop) is no longer in business and
doesn't have the source code.
Is there such as thing as a VB decompiler?  If so, where can we get it?
