I write utilities for my own use with VB6.0.
One of these utilities extracted some data from a saved web page and
loaded it to an access database.

Using VB6 on an XP machine, I created a setup program.  It works fine in
running the setup.exe on an XP machine, but in windows 2000 OS, I get "setup
cannot continue because some system files are out of date".  The option to
update the out of date files is not working.  Any ideas ...

naively thought would work with a large application using VBA6. I doesn't.
