Using the File system editor, I created a custom folder as a subfolder of
"Application Files", and chose alwayscreate = true.
I dragged all the output and dependency stuff into this folder in the File
system editor.

I have a small query. I have created a few exes and dlls. Now I have an
application made in VB ready to be packaged and sent to the end user for
usage. I have made its setup project.
Can I distribute my exes/dlls also along with the setup I have ?
