I am new to using the installer software. I have made an
installation .msi package for my vb6 exe using Microsoft
Installer1.1

I have a VB6 application that I am deploying using a Microsoft Installer
package. As part of the install I have included the scrrun library, as this
is referenced within the VB6 executable.
When I install the msi file on a Windows 2000 machine I get an error message

Previously, I have been developing in VB6(sp5) on a WinME
computer.  Applications deployed using VB's PDW (Package
and Deployment Wizard) have generally worked fine to all
platforms from Win95 to WinXP.

w hen I deploy my application on differnt pc I always get
the same error
at the last stept of deploying the softare on the user
pc "destnation files"

I have installed VB 6 (enterprise edition)  and works fairly well. However,
when I start packaging a project in the package and deployment wizard, I get
the following error:
"Unexpected error has occured Error 429: Active X component can't create
