I am using VB 6.0 and Crystal Report 8.5 and want to show variable length line on my report. Let me make it clear with one example. Let us take an example of examination results, below table illustrates output format.

I have a web based .net Crystal Report application with just a single report in it. There is a pretty complex query running the report and around 50+ fields used. The query returns a result set in less than 3 seconds but the report itself takes 40 or more seconds to render.

I have two different applications one using 8.5 and one using 9.0. I am getting run time error. How can I solve this problem? Ofcourse 8.5 reports are designed in 8.5 and 9.0 are designed in 9.0.

We're still using 8.5 -- manager wants a bullet character between text on a report - within a text object. How can I do this? I tried the Alt-### - but either get an underscore or nothing at all.

Is there a way in Crystal Reports Server to call a report x number of times using different input parameters and save these reports as different PDF documents in the file system. Each report would self contained and would not share any data between each other.

In my reports designed in CR and called from VB for a Windows Forms application, the text in the fields refuses to wrap. I increased the height of the boxes, set the number of max lines property, cursed. Nothing works.

Is it possible to suppress fields when displaying or printing the report but have them show if you export the report? I have reports that are mostly exported to XLS, when we do this we would like more information to export then can fit on the page in the report. When

I have a report where I want a new page after each section. Trouble is, if I say 'New Page Before' on the Section Header, I get a blank page at the start of my report. If I say 'New Page After' I get a blank page at the end of my report. Field
