i have a one problem my application using multiple database but report
format and tables are same so i want to use same report for both
database. how can i do this? give me some hint and if possible give
littele code or example.

to vs2005 pro. and uninstall our old report 10.0.33, and i used vs 2005

I need a tactical solution for the below problem:
We have 1000 reports to be created using crystal report and then these
reports needs to be archived in pdf format and then stored at location.

...... that nobody knows the answer.
I can't imagine that I am the only one that uses parameters.
So, my question again:
I have the following problem.

Using CRP 8 is it possible to cast a varchar-field that *always*
holds a numeric (double) value, into a double field, so one can
format it in Crystal the way numbers are formatted?

Is there any way to format a date or number in a forumula field?  I have two
text fields that contain dates (don't ask, not my application), and I have
written;
datevalue(field1) & " to " & datevalue(field2)

I m working with Crystal Reports 8.5 , MS SQL Server and calling the
report from an ASP page.
from time to time I get the error "Server has not yet been opened"
If i try in the Preview inside Crystal it works, when i call the report

I have a subreport that in a section that I have tagged as
"SuppressIfBlank=true".  The subreport doesn't suppress, even if I've gone
into it and set all its sections to "SuppressIfBlank".  Is there something
quirky that will run the report even if it's blank?
