When designing a report if you drag a database field onto the page CR always
automatically adds a column header. Is there an option to stop this?

I need to print "Delivery ticket" (mainreport) and "Customer receipt"
(subreport) for each delivery location. Instead of printing all delivery
tickets then customer receipts, I would like to print the receipt
immediately after each  delivery ticket.
