I am trying to add a database field (customer.name) into an existing report
header. The 'customer' database was included in the original report but the
field 'customer.name' was not. I deleted the database 'customer' and then

I set the logon information on the main report and subreports (loop thru
them) and then refresh them... and load in CrystalReportViewer in ASPX page.
I get an error saying "Unknow Query engine Error"

Is it possible to have multiple orientation in crystal?  I have a report
with multiple subreports and I want to follow the orientation of the
subreport not the main report, is this possible?

For some reason i can't put a border around a field with a null value.
All empty records do not show a border around it.
Any ideas?

How to connect SQL-Data database into crystal report
database connection. I couldn't find how to connect from
sql server 2000. I only can find from access.

After lots of trial and error, this code finally worked for me to
change the database location or datasource of a crystal report at
runtime.
Using Crystal 10 RDC, VB 6 and SQL Server 2000.

I have designed a report with rounded rectangle but when running the

I want to just be able to assign a value (via vb.NET) to a variable on the

I find references to both CR 9 and CR 10 in the doc.  Which one is
implemented in .NET...and how do I find the version, etc.?

I have a report that is based upon a dataset.  I need to change the name of
the dataset but when I attempt to Add/Delete the dataset from the report I
lose all of the field bindings.
There HAS to be a way to do this, right?

My reports are embedded in program and use typed datasets as source and my
.exe is large (10MB). How to use external files and use sql as database and
change server and database name at runtime)?
