In a report how does the sum of (whatever) field in the group section know
to only sum what is in the group? Is it simple because it is in the group
section?
I have the need to show the group total on everyline is there a way I can do

any one tell me is there any way to compile a crystal report like vb 6
application. if any the help me thanks in advance

I am trying to change the report database for my VB application.  Now
when I run the ViewReport command, I get the following error:
Seagate Crystal Reports: Database Error
Microsoft JET Database Engine:

I noticed the "Existing report" option on the report wizard. Is there a benefit to using this,
opposed to opening the report you want to use as the basis for another report and doing file -->
save as.
