I am using Expressing Web 2 and also I have a FTP program.
Can you help with a step by step article to create a new database ?  I would
like to create both types, MSsql / Access and also the My Sql.
I want to buy a hosting package immediately.  I cannot find the step by step

I found many sample code but with "Zlib 1.1.4" with a different calling.
