How do you change ToolTip display font  size?

I'm interested in learing how to make the tooltip font size larger. I
think if I can change the size of the
tooltip font I should be able to achieve this purpose. But how???

That's a system wide control panel setting. On XP, open the Display Settings
applet, click the Appearance tab, click the Advanced button (advanced?),
select Tooltip in the dropdown box and set its font size.

If you don't want to mess with that, try this.... it'll give you multi-line
support too. Far cooler than "plain vanilla" tooltips.
