hoping most here remember the simon game where you have to duplicate a
played sequence
I'm making this for my kids, just for fun
but I'd like to combine this with an educational note for learning the
notes
so I want to show the notes wich have been played on a separate
notebar, like on a music sheet

in addition they could create their own little song wich would be
accompanied by the flashing lights of the game

anyway, is there a control wich accepts letters (A thru G) and
translate it into notes on a notebar?
or would it be better to just use a font for this and where could I
find the most simple font to show the 7 basic musical notes?

thnx

I did a quick search on google for music +clef +notes +vb and got scads of
hits.

Maybe a search on google groups would be even better.
