Where can I find examples of Windows TaskScheduler API in VB?

I need to write a server side dll (I have windows 2003 server and windows XP
as workstation)

And, will be accessing the dll inside ASP pages through COM
interface(ActiveXDLL)

I have checked already, it is for ASP.NET not for ASP!

http://www.mvps.org/emorcillo/download/vb6/tl_ole.zip
contains the olelib.tlb which must be registered on your computer and then
referenced in your project.
