I have been using VB6 on my 32 bit Win XP PC for several years. I
recently ordered a new PC with 64 bit Vista. Does VB6 work on 64 bit
Vista?

Does *anything* work correctly on Vista? <g>
See this old(ish) post. If there any problems, they're won't be with VB,
they'll be Vista's problems. The "64 bit" part shouldn't be an issue.

...also, there's a group called 'microsoft.public.vb.vista.compatibility'
that may come in handy.

Let us know, will ya? Worst case, you can probably run it in an XP VM.

Yes, it will run in WoW64 which is the 32-bit Windows subsystem.

Hello Jim
I don`t know about Vista 64 but at my previous employer i worked with VB6
on a Windows 2003 X64 machine without anny problems
so i guess that the 64 bit part will not be the problem :-) .
