My task is to create Hybrid Applications

I mean applications which uses the power of both VB and ASP or any other
scripting language and DHTML

to give a good look

Can i have my ASP files inserted in an EXE files.

Certainly not ASP, but scripts are easy to integrate. Look at the Microsoft
Script Control.
