Just wondering when Microsoft will end support for VB6?  Can anyone provide
any dates for when extended support, pay support etc will end for the
development environment? Runtime Environment?

Here are the two most relevent documents:

Product Family Life Cycle Guidelines for Visual Basic 6.0
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/vbrun/ms788707.aspx

Support Statement for Visual Basic 6.0 on Windows Vista
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/vbrun/ms788708.aspx

(As Neil indicated, these are definitely FAQs.  Only reason I'm posting here, is to
help people who are brighter than you've shown yourself to be, as they will
undoubtedly take advantage of Google to find this information in a flash.)
