Determine a files GUID

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to determine the GUID of a specified file.

I've tried using the TypeLib Information dll (tlbinf32.dll) but this only
gives the GUID of the components classes, not the complete dll.

Sorry, I meant how to programmatically determine the files GUID
