How to enable / disable serial Port promgrammically

Help ! How to programmically disable / enable the serial port in VB
some guys said use WMI but have not any sample code .
Have any sample code ....

What do you mean by enable, disable?  Do you want to emulate the function
equivalent to that of the Control Panel?  I don't think this API is
documented -- If it is, I haven't seen it.
