Getting Run-time error '3265' when Excel workbook is shared

I was wondering if anyone can tell me why I am getting this error message
when running my VBA 6.5 macro when the workbook is shared, but it works fine
when the workbook is not shared?

Are we to guess what errpr 3265 is?

This is an ADO group, from your question it sounds like you
wanted an Excel group?
