I am trying to create a pop up window that will display several fields
at once.  Does anyone have any ideas as to how I should program that?
Thanks.

Hi! Could you be a bit more specific? What are the fields? Text boxes?
To what are they bound? A database control? The more details, the
better! :)

Link the object to a SQL query, then in the query you can append several
fields together to give the desired results.
