question about scrollbar and a listbox

Basicly I have a listbox with its style set to 1 - Checkbox, and
columns set to 0. When you add more items than can fit inside the
listbox, you get a vertical scrollbar on it. But if one of the items'
text is longer than the listbox, there is no horizontal scrollbar on
the control. So the text to that 'list item' ends up being cut off on
the side, and you cant scroll to see it all.  Is there anyway to get
that scrollbar on the listbox? I dont want any columns in it (just
that single one)... Thanks

Go to <http://www.leeweiner.org>, select "Visual Basic Downloads" and select
the file LSTBXHSB.ZIP.  It explains how to create a HSB in a listbox, and
contains demonstration code.

Ahhh, interesting.. Thanks man, works! Wonder why something like that
wouldn't be built in by default...
