First of all you should have a frame control on each tab and
put your controls in the frame.
But yes, you can copy controls. Select them, change tab and
paste them.

It's best to have one frame on each tab containing all other
controls you want on that tab, it will make your life easier
in the long run.
If I understand what your doing then yes, set up your first
tab then just copy the frame to the next tab which will in
turn copy all the controls in the frame.
