Can one use 'Copy' and 'Paste' in vb with the name file in the Clipbord from the Explorer of Windows?

   Can one use the 'Copy' and 'Paste' command in vb with the name file in
the Clipbord that come from the Explorer of Windows?

Look up 'Clipboard Object' for how to use the Clipboard

Hello,
   I know how to use Clipbord taking the path and the name of a file.  But
I'd like to paste (via vb) the name taken with Windows in his Explorer.
